Scotland v Japan

Autumn Tests

Scotland will welcome Japan to Scotstoun as the sides meet for the first time this Sunday (24 November). It's set to be an exciting afternoon fixture so come and show your support for the second home game of the season.

Make the most of your match day!

As an ode to Scottish Rugby’s close relationship with the City of Nagasaki in Japan, the team will be wearing the Nagasaki tartan in their strips this season alongside their front of shirt sponsor SP Energy Networks - keep an eye out for this!

Food and drink kiosks will be available in the main stand, opening at 12noon and closing 10 minutes before the end of the game. Hot and cold food and drinks available.

Match day programmes and squad photo cards will be available for free from your nearest steward.

Before the match, girls teams will play a rugby festival on the back pitches, with the final played at half-time on the main pitch. The players will also make up the guard of honour ahead of the anthems.

Show your support for Scotland with face paint or glitter hair - face painters located in the main stand at Scotstoun. Share your match day selfies by tagging #AsOne in your photos!

Post-match there is an opportunity to meet the players, make your way to the barriers outside of the running track for some signings and selfies.

Keep up to date with the team in our Fan Zone!

Match Day Information

You should have received your ticket(s) on email as print at home tickets or through the post (unless you have agreed to collect them). However, if you are collecting on the day, we strongly recommend you do so at least two hours before kick-off. All tickets must be collected by the card holder with the card used to make the booking. The Ticket Centre at Scotstoun is open from 10am on matchday. If you have ordered tickets from an address out-with the UK, and do not already have your tickets, the purchaser must collect these from the Ticket Centre with photographic ID. If you are bringing friends and family along, remember that U12 ticket prices increase to £5 on match day.

Safety and Security

Turnstiles open at 12 noon, bag searches will be in operation so make sure you leave plenty of time to enter the stadium. Small backpacks are permitted, but suitcases and larger luggage items will be denied access. A guide of size is something that will comfortably fit beneath your seat. We assume no responsibility for baggage within the stadium. Rucksacks and other bags will be subject to a search before entry. Bag pipes are allowed along with your loudest singing voices! If you are bringing a flag, please ensure it is fire retardant and less than a metre long.

Supporters can access the stadium at turnstiles 4,5 & 6 and the North West Gate, open 60 minutes before kick-off. The new North West Gate significantly reduces the time to walk to the ground from Scotstounhill train station. Note there is no ticket collection point or ticket sale facility at this entrance. Supporters walking from Scotstounhill train station without a ticket should access Queen Victoria Drive/Danes Drive to the main entrance.

Seating for all Scotland fixtures at Scotstoun will be reserved in the Main Stand.

Wheelchair/Accessible Seating

If you require a wheelchair or accessible seating or are a blue badge holder please call the Scottish Rugby Ticket Centre on 0131 346 5160

There is no public parking available at the stadium on match-day, and we recommend using public transport to travel to Scotstoun. Find out more HERE.

There are a number of temporary traffic restrictions in place on nearby streets on match day:

• Roadworks on roundabout at Victoria Park Drive North, Danes Drive, & Westland Drive.

• Southbound Westland Drive from the roundabout to junction with Victoria Park Drive South.

• Northbound lane from the expressway will be closed & local diversions will be in place.
