2019 U20 Six Nations

Scotland U20 will play their 2019 Six Nations home fixtures in Gala and Meggetland as they face Italy, Ireland and Wales. In last year’s tournament, the team recorded a victory over England in front of a home crowd at Myreside ahead of Scotland’s Calcutta Cup win on the Saturday.

The U20 squad will be led by a new coaching team in the 2019 Championship. Former Worcester Warriors Head Coach, Carl Hogg – who toured Canada, USA and Argentina with the national coaching team last summer – has been appointed as the age-grade side’s Head Coach on a full-time basis. In the backroom are former Scotland internationalists Scott Lawson and Nikki Walker, with the latter continuing in his position after serving as attack coach during June’s World Rugby U20 Championship.
