Buying Scottish Rugby Tickets

  • When does the Scottish Rugby Ticket Centre open?

    You can buy online at any time at scottishrugbytickets.com.

    The Ticket Centre at BT Murrayfield is open in person Monday - Friday, 10am-5pm and on the phone (0131 346 5160): Monday - Friday 10am-4pm.

    We operate extended opening hours on a matchday and during the week prior to an International game.

  • Can I buy tickets from any other websites?

    Scottish Rugby does not encourage supporters to purchase tickets from anyone other than official sources. If you are unsure, please check with the Ticket Centre before processing any order and please read our terms and conditions.

    Tickets for Scottish Rugby, Edinburgh Rugby and Glasgow Warriors can be purchased from https://www.eticketing.co.uk/scottishrugby. Tickets for Scotland matches can also be purchased through affiliated Rugby clubs and youth groups and schools.

  • How can I buy tickets for a Scotland international away match?

    We receive a small allocation of tickets for away matches. The tickets that we do receive are made available to affiliated Scottish rugby clubs.

  • When do tickets go on sale?

    Sale dates can vary depending on the game, you may wish to sign up to our newsletter for updates and visit the Glasgow Warriors and Edinburgh Rugby websites directly for up to date information.

  • How to pay for tickets online?

    Payment online can be made using most major credit and debit cards, with the exception of American Express. Transaction and delivery fees are included within the overall ticket price.

  • Are tickets/season tickets transferable?

    Someone else can use the season pass as long as it is like for like i.e. an adult cannot use a student’s pass.

  • What student ID do you accept?

    We accept an in date matriculation card with a photo ID. This must be presented at the turnstiles when entering the stadium.

Ticket Delivery

  • Do you post tickets to overseas addresses?

    We can post Scotland International tickets securely overseas for an extra charge of £8. Please call the Ticket Centre on 0131 346 5160 to pay this extra charge.

  • When will my tickets be sent out?

    Scotland International tickets are usually dispatched approximately 2 weeks prior to the game.

  • How do I collect my tickets?

    Scotland Tickets: Tickets can be collected in advance from the Scottish Rugby Ticket Centre, BT Murrayfield Stadium or on matchday, where we will be open until half time. Tickets must be collected by the cardholder. The card used to make the purchase must be presented at time of collection. We do strongly recommend that you collect your tickets for a Scotland game no later than 2 hours prior to kick off to avoid queues.

    Edinburgh Rugby Tickets: For games at BT Murrayfield, please collect from the ticket centre at BT Murrayfield. We would encourage everyone who has purchased a ticket prior to the match to print off their tickets prior to coming to a game to avoid any delays.

    Glasgow Warriors Tickets: Tickets can be collected on matchday from the ticket office at Scotstoun Stadium. The ticket office will be open from 4 hours prior to kick off.

Stadium Tours at BT Murrayfield

  • How can I book a tour of BT Murrayfield Stadium?

    Public tours are available from Monday to Saturday at a set time of 11:00am with additional tours on Thursday and Friday at 2.30pm. A guided tour lasts 90 minutes approximately and is subject to availability.

    All tours start at the Scottish Rugby Store located in the West Stand of the Stadium. Payment in person for the tour can only be made at the Scottish Rugby Ticket Centre, which is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. Alternatively it is possible to pay in advance over the phone calling 0131 346 5160 (option 4) (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm) or from the Scottish Rugby Online Ticket Centre.

    If you arrive for a Saturday tour, please note that cash only payment is currently accepted at the Scottish Rugby Store. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    We advise that visitors book their Guided Tour in advance as there are limited spaces on each tour and this is the only way to guarantee a place for your chosen tour.

    You will meet your tour guide and collect your tickets on the day of your tour. Please arrive at the Scottish Rugby Store in the West Stand approximately 10 minutes before your tour is scheduled to start.

    If you are a wheelchair user or require assistance, please let us know when you book the tour.

  • How much are tickets for a stadium tour at BT Murrayfield?

    Adults: £10

    Students and Senior Citizens (with valid ID card): £7

    Under 18s: £5

    Under 5s: Free

    Groups and Schools (Minimum Group of 20 students and or under 18s): Standard under 18 & Student prices apply. 2 free Adults per every 8 under 18s / students. Additional Adult Helper £7 each.

    Family Ticket: £30 admits two adults and up to two under 18s.

    Maximum group size: we recommend one tour guide per 30 people. Larger groups can be accommodated subject to guide availability.

    Private tours: tours can be made up of a number of individual bookings. If you would like a private guided tour, please email [email protected] or call the Ticket Centre on 0131 346 5106 (option 4) (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm).

  • Do you sell gift vouchers for tours?

    Stadium Tour gift vouchers are available to buy over the phone by calling 0131 346 5106 (option 4) (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm), or in person at the Ticket Centre.

    Vouchers will be posted to you and can then be redeemed by the recipient up to 12 months from date of purchase.

Dispatch Information

Please see below for information on ticket dispatch and collection. These details vary depending on what you have booked so please ensure you select the correct option for the tickets you have purchased.

If you have chosen print at home as your delivery method you will receive a separate email with your tickets to print off. If you have any problems with your e-tickets please see the above responses for instructions of how to resend them or email [email protected].

When we talk about your address we are referring to the current address on your account. This is shown on your confirmation email and if it is not your correct address, please reply to your confirmation email stating your new address.

  • Scotland Season Pass

    If you were on the Direct Debit Scheme for the previous season and have not made changes to your pass(es) then you should retain your pass(es) as these will be activated for the new season

    Purchased from a UK address: If you have purchased your pass(es) from a UK address these will be sent no later than two weeks prior to the first game.

    Purchased from an Overseas address: If you have purchased your pass(es) from an overseas address these will not be posted but held from collection on match day from the BT Murrayfield ticket centre

  • Scotland Tickets

    Purchased from a UK address: If you have purchased your tickets from a UK address these will be dispatched approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.

    Purchased from an Overseas address: If you have purchased your ticket(s) from an overseas address these will be posted to you no later than 2 weeks prior to the match if you have selected and paid for overseas postage.

    Collection: If you have not paid for overseas potage your tickets will not be posted but held for collection. The Ticket Centre will be open from 10am until 8pm Wednesday to Friday of the week of the game. If you are collecting on match day, the ticket centre will be open from 10am until half time. We do strongly recommend that you collect no later than 2 hours prior to kick off to avoid queues. Tickets must be collected by the cardholder. The card used to make the purchase must be presented at time of collection.

    Print at Home E-tickets: If you have chosen print at home as your delivery method you will receive a separate email with your tickets to print off. If you have any problems with your e-tickets please see responses above for instructions of how to resend them or email [email protected].

  • Guinness PRO14 Final Tickets

    Postage: All tickets that have been selected for postage will be sent out no later than 2 weeks before the final.

    Collection: If you are collecting your tickets they will be held for collection and the details around how to collect your tickets will be sent to you closer to the final.

  • Edinburgh Rugby Tickets

    All tickets purchased from UK addresses are sent via Royal Mail standard post.

    If you have selected to collect your tickets you can do so from the Ticket Office.

    BT Murrayfield if the game is at that venue,

    We recommend that you collect no later than 90 minutes prior to kick off.

    All overseas purchasers need to collect their tickets from the ticket office.

  • Glasgow Warriors Tickets

    All tickets purchased from UK addresses are sent via Royal Mail standard post.

    If you have selected to collect your tickets you can do so on match day from the ticket office at Scotstoun. The ticket office will be open from 4 hours prior to kick off.

    All overseas purchasers need to collect their tickets from the ticket office at Scotstoun on match day from 4 hours before kick off

    Please bring your booking confirmation and ID to collect tickets.

    Print at Home E-tickets: If you have chosen print at home as your delivery method you will receive a separate email with your tickets to print off.   • BT Murrayfield Tours Tickets and Gift Vouchers

    If you have purchased your BT Murrayfield Stadium Tour ticket online or over the phone, your ticket(s) will be held for collection on the day of your visit at the Scottish Rugby Store, located in the West Stand of the Stadium.

    Public Tours commence from the Scottish Rugby Store and we advise our visitors to arrive at BT Murrayfield no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour to collect their tickets and meet with their Tour Guide.

    Should you be delayed for any reason on the day, we politely request that you get in contact with the Scottish Rugby Ticket Centre on 0131 346 5160 (option 4) (Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm). If you are coming for a tour on Saturday, please get in contact with the Scottish Rugby Store on 0131 346 5044 (9am to 5pm)

    BT Murrayfield does not have the facilities to accommodate left luggage during the stadium tour. Therefore we recommend that if you are travelling with large bags you arrange alternative storage of them prior to your visit. Small bags, personal belongings and pushchairs must be kept with you at all times during your visit. We thank you for your co-operation.

    Gift Vouchers

    Vouchers will be posted to you and can then be redeemed by the recipient up to 12 months from date of purchase. If you would like the voucher to be sent directly to the recipient please e-mail [email protected].

  • BT Murrayfield Hospitality

    If you have purchased Hospitality for any of the events at BT Murrayfield your tickets and passes will be sent to you in advance of the event.   • Edinburgh and Glasgow Camps

    If you have purchased an Edinburgh Rugby Camp please follow the link in your confirmation email to the consent form.

  • Lost Tickets

    If you have lost your tickets, or if you have not received your tickets by 2 working days before the match, please contact us by email on [email protected] or by replying to your confirmation email. This email should include your full details, the section and seat numbers booked and the reason you are not in possession of the tickets. If tickets have been stolen, please provide a Police crime reference number.

    If your tickets have been posted to an old address please try to make contact to retrieve the tickets before contacting us.

    We may be able to replace lost tickets and there may be a charge for this service.
